At our core, we’re a mother-daughter duo with over a decade of experience in event planning. Gayla Matos (right) founded Leave the Details to Me in 2010 and has trained her daughter, Shantelle Vera (left), to become the Owner & Lead Planner & Coordinator. Together, we’ve coordinated numerous weddings, fundraisers, and corporate events. While Gayla still Leads & Assists, Shantelle is the owner & Lead of all the events.

Our attention to detail and close working relationship make us the perfect team to bring your event vision to life. We have a strong, trusted team of Lead Coordinators and Assistant Coordinators Along & recommended vendors and we’re here to make your event flawless.
