Event Coordination
Ideal for organizations or engaged couples who are in the planning stages of their event or wedding - anywhere from six months to three weeks prior to your event date. We will step in to the plans you've started to assist in ensuring it comes to life and goes off without a hitch. On the day, we will be on-site for your event to ensure your day is stress-free and runs smoothly.

Our Team
Shantelle Vera & Gayla Matos
We are a mother-daughter duo. Gayla Matos (right) founded Leave the Details to Me in 2010 and is certified with WPIC. Her years of training and experience have been passed along to, Shantelle Vera (left), who has assisted her throughout the years. I (Shantelle) have now become the Head Coordinator of this business.

Together, we have hosted, coordinated, and planned dozens of events. Our main day-of coordination has been for weddings; we love seeing brides & grooms have their dream day happen. In the last few years, we have expanded into non-profit fundraisers & corporate events. Our attention to detail and our mother-daughter friendship make for the perfect team!

We have a trusted team of assistants and fellow coordinators who work alongside us, along with many vendors who we highly recommend for any event!

We service Southern Ontario and beyond.
